Q: How do I secure my date?
A: Dates are secured only with a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer.
Q: What is the early start fee?
A: Call times before 8:00 AM incur an early start fee per artist. This is confirmed in your proposal once your timeline is finalized.
Q: Do I need to prepare anything?
A: You’ll receive a prep checklist after booking. In general: arrive with clean skin and follow product pause guidance for treatments where applicable.
Q: Do you have a minimum for on-site bridal bookings?
A: Yes. On-site bridal coverage requires a minimum of 5 total services (bride counts as one). This ensures proper artist allocation and a controlled timeline.
Q: What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?
A: Retainers are non-refundable. Reschedule requests require a minimum of 30 days’ notice and are subject to availability. Late changes may forfeit the retainer and/or require additional payment due to schedule loss.
Q: How are travel fees calculated?
A: Travel is quoted per artist based on distance, time, parking/tolls, and schedule impact. Travel is presented as a single line item for clarity.
Q: What should I expect during my appointment?
A: Timely, structured execution. You’ll receive clear direction, professional setup, and controlled delivery designed for your environment and timeline.
